Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We can print even a single item. However, unit prices decrease significantly for larger quantities.
What is the lead time for an order?
While variants exist, standard orders take up to 15 business days from mock-up approval to delivery.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders are available with an additional charge for express production.
What are the payment terms?
Orders are confirmed for production only after payment is received. If payment is not completed, production will be placed on hold.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes. Door-to-door delivery is available for an additional charge of €25.00 (excluding VAT).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Shipping costs will vary based on the delivery address and product, and will be discussed with the client accordingly.
